Files are used to prepare the reconciliation you requested.
Know what happens to a client file before you share it.
Spendwake is running a human-reviewed design-partner pilot. This page describes the current pilot workflow; it does not hide early-stage limitations behind generic security language.
The first import is reviewed by the Spendwake operator.
Delete from the confirmation page or request removal by email.
What to submit
One approved media plan, matching current or final platform-spend exports, the reporting period and currency. Anonymise client, campaign and account names whenever possible.
What not to submit
Do not send passwords, platform credentials, API or access tokens, audience lists, payment information, personal data or anything unrelated to the reconciliation.
How files are used
Files are used to inspect their structure, map approved plan rows to imported spend, calculate pacing or month-close adjustments and prepare the requested report. Uploaded files are not used to train public AI models.
Access and public exposure
Access is limited to the operator preparing the pilot result. Source files are stored privately and never exposed through a public report URL. A client report uses a private capability link and does not reveal the source uploads.
Retention and deletion
Files and derived working data remain available while the pilot submission is active. You can delete the submission from its confirmation page or email a deletion request. The workflow blocks further use while deletion is processed and keeps only a minimal anonymous deletion receipt after verification.
Your responsibility
Only submit files you are authorised to share. Remove data Spendwake does not need. If your organisation requires an NDA or a specific transfer process, arrange it before sending sensitive files.
Need an NDA or an assisted XLSX transfer?
Email first without attaching the files. We will confirm the transfer route and the minimum data needed.
